Tip #1: Drink LOTS of Water!!

- Making sure your body is staying hydrated is one of the most important things to getting back on track. Water is great for flushing out your toxins, hydration and also great for your skin.

Tip #2: Fill your house tons of healthy options to choose from and skip buying the junk food

- If you don't have the junk food in your house then you can't eat it!

Tips #3: Meal Prep

- If you know you are going to be busy during the week, meal prepping is a great way to make sue you stay on track!

Tip #4: Have your workouts planned out

- if you already know what you plan on doing before going to the gym you are more likely to get a good workout in.

Tip #5: Find an accountability partner

- It is so much easier to get back on track and stay on track if you have someone holding you accountable and keeping you motivated.

Tip #6: Track your progress - Don’t just rely on the scale to measure your progress! Take progress pictures, measurements or even your BF %.

Tip #7: Keep track of what you are eating - Writing down everything you consume in a journal or an app like "myfitnesspal" allows you too see everything you are eating and be more conscious of it.

Tip #8: Don't Give Up!

- Progress can be a slow process and at times you might get discouraged that you see no changes but TRUST ME, be patient with it!
