Quick and Healthy Breakfast on the Go

Breakfast is one of the most important times of the day. You want to make sure your body is getting a healthy and nutritious breakfast to fuel itself for what the day has to come. The morning time can be a quick and hectic mess trying to get to work/school on time. Down below I have shared some of my favorite quick and healthy breakfast that you can eat while you are on the go. Enjoy!
Protein coffee Shake
Ingredients
Handful of ice
1 Scoop Vega chocolate protein powder
1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Frozen Banana
Directions
Throw all ingredients together into a blender and blend until everything is completely mixed.
ENJOY!




Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp. Chia seeds
1/4 cup Strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
Drizzle of honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Place in fridge overnight
ENJOY!



Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 a large frozen banana (or 1 whole small one)
1/2 cup. Frozen pineapple
1/2 cup. Frozen mango
1 1/2 cup. Juice
1 scoop green superfood powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in blender
