Quick and Healthy Breakfast on the Go

Breakfast is one of the most important times of the day. You want to make sure your body is getting a healthy and nutritious breakfast to fuel itself for what the day has to come. The morning time can be a quick and hectic mess trying to get to work/school on time. Down below I have shared some of my favorite quick and healthy breakfast that you can eat while you are on the go. Enjoy!

Protein coffee Shake

Ingredients

  • Handful of ice

  • 1 Scoop Vega chocolate protein powder

  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1 Frozen Banana

Directions

  • Throw all ingredients together into a blender and blend until everything is completely mixed.

  • ENJOY!

Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup Strawberries

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • Drizzle of honey

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Place in fridge overnight

  • ENJOY!

Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a large frozen banana (or 1 whole small one)

  • 1/2 cup. Frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup. Frozen mango

  • 1 1/2 cup. Juice

  • 1 scoop green superfood powder

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in blender

  • Enjoy
