5 Easy Steps to Meal Prepping

Your week can become very hectic and busy real quick and lets be honest, the last thing on your mind is eating healthy. I find that meal prepping is an easy way to keep me on track and eating healthy for the entire week! Taking an hour or two at the beginning of the week can make your week 10x better! Down below I give you 5 easy steps to meal prepping and what a typical week of eating looks like for me.

1. Plan out what you are going to eat for the week.

2. Set out ALL cookware and food you will be using.

3. Marinade, cut or open anything that needs to be open.

4. Cook Away!!

5. When Everything is finished cooking, separate everything into containers

and bags and set into rows by days of the week. Store for convenient, easy

access during the week.
